Welcome to Help For Our Heroes: Claims Coaching (referred to herein as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Website Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.helpforourheroesclaimscoaching.com/ (the "Site") and the services provided therein.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Description of Services

Help For Our Heroes: Claims Coaching provides educational consulting, strategic coaching, and administrative support services to disabled veterans seeking to navigate the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) disability compensation system. Our primary offering, "The Veteran’s Advantage," is a step-by-step coaching system designed to help veterans:

Assess: Reviewing current or past claims to identify missing evidence or medical documentation.

Prepare: Providing guidance on gathering necessary documentation and understanding VA evidentiary standards.

Submit & Succeed: Empowering the veteran to file their own claim with confidence, backed by expert coaching.

2. No VA Accreditation; No Representation; Not a Law Firm or VSO

Help For Our Heroes: Claims Coaching is NOT a VA-accredited agent, attorney, or representative, and we are NOT a Veteran Service Organization (VSO). We do not represent veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ("VA") in any capacity.

We do not provide VA-accredited representation, and we do not act as your representative before the VA.

We do not have (and will not request) Power of Attorney ("POA") for any veteran.

We do not file claims, appeals, or applications on your behalf, and we do not communicate with the VA as your representative. All filings are submitted by the veteran ("Filer of Record") or their accredited representative.

Our services are strictly limited to professional consulting, educational coaching, and administrative support. Using our Site or services does not create an attorney-client relationship, representative relationship, or fiduciary relationship.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a veteran of the United States Armed Forces (or a legal representative of a veteran) to use our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and coaching materials (specifically "The Veteran’s Advantage" framework), is the property of Help For Our Heroes: Claims Coaching and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

Using the Site to harvest or collect personal information of other users.

Using our coaching materials to provide competing services to third parties.

No Guarantees. While we pride ourselves on our "Veteran’s Advantage" system, Help For Our Heroes: Claims Coaching does not guarantee any specific outcome, VA rating increase, VA decision timeline, or financial award. The VA is the sole adjudicator of claims, and results vary based on individual medical evidence and service history. Any "Success Stories" or testimonials shared on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results for every veteran.

7. Fees; Limitation of Liability (VA Decisions and Timelines)

Fees. Our professional consulting and coaching services may be offered for a fee. Our current flagship coaching program is typically offered under a separate written Service Agreement & Terms of Coaching that describes, among other items, the $7,500 Professional Consulting Fee and any applicable Performance Waiver. If you enroll, your pricing, payment timing, and waiver terms (if any) are governed by the signed Service Agreement, not these Website Terms.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Help For Our Heroes: Claims Coaching, its officers, employees, contractors, and coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the Site or our services.

Not Responsible for VA Decisions or Timelines. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not responsible for (and do not control) VA decisions, VA processing times, exam scheduling, VA evidence-development timelines, or any outcome on any claim, supplemental claim, higher-level review, or appeal. The VA controls the adjudication process, and timelines and outcomes may change for reasons outside our control.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., VA.gov, medical provider portals). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Governing Law (North Carolina); Jurisdiction and Venue (Charlotte, North Carolina)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
